​Hi Im Jhel Capule Im a mother of three and my baking journey starts when my first born came,i used to buy cakes from cake shop but one day i woke up why not make a cake,a personalise with a mother's touch with full of love he was just 9 month's then i only have a hand mixer and a small oven,at first i was a self taught baker,baking just for my family i remember the first cake i baked for my son's 9 months old is a Lightning mc'queen car's cake its a fondant curve cake i don't have any knowledge about baking nor cake decorating so i turn on the laptop search on how to make a cake and watch youtube while baking, we follow the step by step,there was a lot of struggle during the time i remember me and my sister jhoy laugh out so load when suddenly where making the meringue and the hand mixer over heats and almost exploded  yes it was broken so we do the manual hand mixing our goal is to make a cake for my son, yes we did made the lightning mc'queen cake  we start baking 10:00am and finish at 11:00pm what a great fun experience and achievement.

To Cut the Story short from that day i never stop learning i gather some baking tool's watch more baking and cake decorating video's,continue learning because yearly there where family member who celebrate's birthday and my baking journey continues Im not selling yet for almost a year of baking simply because i'm not confident enough i don't want to make mistakes I"m just happy baking cakes for my family,posting my creation on my facebook account other's asking me if they can order or can i make a cake for them i was a bit scared that's why i always turn it down and it ends there.

 Until one day i said to my self no more turning down and have a courage to accept the challenge ,I started taking order's from family members and Im very thankful to them for supporting my fashion and love for baking. Baking and decorating cakes are not easy there's a struggle a challenge  a decision more practice and more patience is needed, if you are a short temper person you may be having difficulty to success in baking the biggest  difficulty i experience is the heartbreak ,heartbreak that why i can't make a beautiful cake if others can why can't i the moment's of questioning myself  if im in the right path. moving on since baking and cake decorating run's in my blood i said to my self i can make it,i feel and i know that i can i just have to trust my inner self and  with the help of prayer Ajhel house of sweet's born my first name to my cake shop from then i sell cakes and sweet's and trough the help of my husband Biboy i started attending workshop's to enhance my skills in baking and cake decorating.
